Whole Hog Barbecue
We specialize in whole hog barbecue, also known as a "Pig Roast" or "Pig Pickin." The pig is locally sourced out of Greene County, NY. The pig is trimmed, injected, and covered in a rub. Depending on the size of the pig, cook times can vary from 15-24 hours. Once the trailer arrives on site and your guests see the finished product, your party will be taken to the next level. The pig can be displayed for your guests to see and take pictures of. The meat is then pulled and chopped for the buffet line. The Whole Hog Barbecue is a spectacle and great addition to any event.
